Details

Issuing nine pellets of 00 buckshot out of the muzzle at a velocity of 1,200 fps? That’s quite a hoot. Absorbing a punch of recoil into your shoulder, especially when it’s been sore or you haven’t got an especially large shoulder to begin with? That’s decidedly less of a hoot indeed. This 12 Gauge shotshell by PMC takes out a lot of the kick that often goes hand in hand with firing the big scattergun, so you’ll be able to keep your sights more closely trained on a threat or hunt without knocking yourself out of your boots directly after the moment of truth.

PMC makes fine ammunition, as they manufacture each and every one of their products’ components from high quality raw materials. This shell’s .33” fiameter lead balls are hard enough to resist becoming deformed under the intense pressure ignition will expose them to, and the wad that pushes them along the barrel is efficient and patterns evenly. A sensitive primer and fast burning propellant both complement a shell that may very well be used for self-defense, and a sturdy hull with a six-fold crimp holds everything nicely together.

A: We have found that semi auto shotguns will vary with ammo preferences from one manufacturer to the next. Generally speaking, semi auto shotguns prefer to shoot standard loads rather than reduced recoil loads. The reduced recoil may cause hangups while cycling the next round. It may be beneficial to try out a few boxes of 5 rounds to see how well the shotgun feeds the ammo in your gun.

A: This ammo features PMCs high brass shells as seen on Rio and other magnum rounds from Remington.
