Details

Baschieri & Pellagri isn’t a household name in the United States, but it probably will be soon. The company produces very consistent sporting rounds that are right in line with mid-range pricing from other manufacturers catering to the U.S. market. This Buckshot load is an excellent hunting round with high end quality control that pushes 9 pellets of 00 Buckshot from a 2 ¾” 1 1/5 ounce load.

The understated, but elegant style of the Baschieri & Pellagri is a well matched to the way the company runs its operations. They exert complete control over components and manufacturing allowing them to craft the exact product they want to, custom tailored to the traditional sportsman, with modern technology and competitive ballistics. The rounds generally feel softer and smoother in ignition and bore exit as well, keeping the professional sport shooter happy in the field.

With 1400 FPS at bore exit, this buckshot cartridge (a copper plated lead payload) is much faster than comparable loads from other makers (generally sub 1300 FPS). B&P is also incredibly consistent on the Chronograph across their numerous lines (with a standard deviation of less than 10 for most loads).

The obvious choice for several uses, 00 buckshot generally is a very effective home defense round; a tried and true medium and large game hunting round; and great for long range target work. Packaged as 10 rounds per box. This represents a significant savings over most competitor premium rounds.
