Skeet and trap competitors will appreciate these 12 gauge shells from Winchester for both practice and club meets! Each of these rounds contains 1-1/8 ounces of #9 size shot which is often chosen over large sizes for its higher quantity of pellets; this contributes to greater pattern density and cleaner breaks for close range fliers. The shot pellets are protected from flat-spotting by the forward cupping walls of the AA wad so that they travel farther, stick together more tightly, and carry greater clay-shattering momentum.

Winchester's patented AA wad also possesses a crushing center-column that helps reduce felt recoil alongside an expanding powder bottom. During the firing process, the wad's bottom flares outward in order to efficiently capture propellant gases and yield consist muzzle velocities with every trigger squeeze. This process is all powered by Winchester's own clean-burning 209 primers and high-energy powder grains. Components are all contained within a moisture-resistant hull that measures 2-3/4 inches in length for universal 12 gauge compatibility as well as a perfect fit for top shelf shotguns that results in optimal accuracy.

Winchester, an American company with over 150 years of experience in manufacturing, is well-recognized for staple calibers and firearm designs that are currently in use all around the world. Their sporting loads are derived from classic, proven recipes that are refined using the latest in production technology alongside feedback from expert sportsmen.
