Thank you for giving us your feedback and thoughts on this product. Optimized especially to feed and eject reliably in the sometimes finicky actions of .22LR semiautomatics, these Federal Automatch rounds are an excellent target and plinking load and come in a large box of 325. These rounds are at the higher end of the standard velocity range, with a tested muzzle velocity of 1,200 feet per second using a 40 grain lead round nose bullet.

Federal Premium Ammunition manufactures a variety of .22LR cartridges for match, target, and plinking purposes. The company also produces a complete line of hunting cartridges in both soft-point (Power-shok) and hollow-point (Fusion) types as well as self-defense HSTs and Hydra-Shoks. Federal ammunition tends to be in the middle of the pack for pricing and above average in quality, particularly in the areas of accuracy and cleanliness.
