PMC is Questionable

My wife has been working with her P238, and is using this ammo. This was the first ammo that she's ever experienced FTE with. We cleaned the gun, and then I took it out last week, and had three FTEs out of a box fo 50. Luckily, this ammo is just for target practice and honing skills, but 4 out of 200 is a 2% failure rate, or 3 out of 50 for the last box for 6% - not acceptable to me.Reliable? Ammo Performance Bargain?
Bulk Ammo is great, and I'll use them again, but I'll pick a different brand next time. (Posted on 2/24/13) -
