This .40 S&W loading of Remington's proven Golden Saber defense load uses a 165 grain brass-jacketed hollow point bullet and achieves a muzzle velocity of 1150 feet per second. The Golden Saber's strong jacket and spiral cut design complement the good penetration of the .40 S&W cartridge, mushrooming reliably deep in targets and stopping assailants quickly. Each box contains 25 cartridges, which use nickel-plated reloadable brass cases.

Remington has produced arms and ammunition for Americans for nearly the entire history of the country. Founded in 1816 in Ilion, New York, where it still operates a factory today, the company continuously develops new and interesting products that have helped military, police, and citizen customers keep ahead of threats to their safety.
