The Hornady Match Line loaded with A-Max bullets are among the best of the high -end ammunition. The Hornady Match ammunition line is built from hand selected components, 123 grain Hornady A-Max Bullets with the famous red polymer tips, non-corrosive highly polished Boxer primed reloadable brass cases, in boxes of 20. The 20 round boxes are also available in case form, making it 10 boxes of 20 rounds for a total of 200 rounds. These Hornady 6.5 Grendel 123 grain A-Max rounds have a muzzle velocity of 2580 feet per second, and a muzzle energy of 1818 foot pounds. The A-Max bullet features the red pointed polymer tip that aids in precision air flow characteristics. When you couple the bullet tip with the concentric design of the bullets body, you can see how it helps keep the bullet stable in flight. The bullet itself is precision-cast lead core, jacketed by a thick ‘AMP’ copper jacket for increased balance during flight. The AMP copper jacket is an exact uniform thickness on all sides of the bullet body. Put all these features together with the Boat-tail design that, according to Hornady, is only used on each specific grain weight and caliber… it all comes together to make a well-balanced, extremely accurate round.

The 6.5 Grendel caliber has been and is still gaining a lot of attention since its introduction by Alexander Arms in 2004. This round is suitable for hunting deer and other medium game. In addition to its uses as a hunting caliber, the 6.5 Grendel cartridge is also being used in various competitions and matches. If you have a match coming up or just want to stock up on your favorite rifle round, this 200 round case is an ideal solution.
