A: The Glock 27 is a .40 S&W handgun. This is 9mm ammo. You should not attempt to fire this ammo in a .40 S&W handgun. However, this ammo is great for use in the Glock 26, which is the G27's 9mm counterpart.

A: Canned Heat cans have a pull-tab for easy access. After the pull tab has been used, the plastic lid can be replaced to keep moisture away from the ammo, but the seal is no longer air tight.

A: That would vary depending on how well the person vacuum sealing the rounds did their job. The Fiocchi Canned Heat ammo is airtight in a lacquered metal can with a desiccant, and all of this is done carefully in a factory in the USA. Also, these tins are very durable. Vacuum sealing provides an airtight seal, but does not inherently protect the ammo from other objects that might hit or fall on it over a long period of time.
