Our goal is to deliver your order to your door as quickly and as reliably as possible. We will package your order within hours of the time you place it (unless you order on a weekend) and we will take care to use sturdy boxes, plenty of packing material, and lots of tape. We will then rely on your choice of either UPS or FedEx to do their part.
Almost all of our customers receive their orders on time and without issue. That said, we occasionally learn that the carrier damaged a customer’s package or left it in the rain or that the package was delivered and subsequently disappeared. In every case, we do our best to find out what happened and who is responsible for the loss. We then make things right with our customer and try to recover the loss from the carrier or other responsible party.
In order to streamline the process of rectifying lost or damaged shipments for our customers, we are now participating in and offering “full-coverage insurance” to our customers who elect this optional upgrade during checkout.
If you elect “full-coverage insurance” and anything happens to your package that prevents it from making it safely into your hands, we will immediately ship the replacement product at no charge or refund the full amount of the lost or damaged product plus shipping costs if we no longer have replacement product. It’s our way of ensuring that you never have to be concerned about your investment.

Claim Response: Any replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days of the time a claim is made. Any refunds will be made within 2 business days of the time a claim is made.
Claim Deadline: Claims must be made within 4 weeks of the time the insured order was placed.
Coverage: Any order for which you elect and pay for “Full-Coverage Insurance” during checkout is 100% covered against loss or damage until the product is safely in your hands. This includes loss from carrier mishandling, theft, and packages delivered in the rain. The coverage applies only to those orders for which “Full-Coverage Insurance” was elected and paid for.
Cost: You will pay an optional upgrade amount that will display during checkout. There are no other charges to you.
