A classic American round made cheaply by a quality Serbian maker in business for 90 years. This round, made famous by the M1 Carbine, is a classic 110 grain load, that delivers traditional performance for the caliber. Prvi Partizan produces this cartridge at a value price point for shooters who just want to shoot, and not worry about marketing claims.
This Prvi Partizan load achieves velocity of 2000 fps out of the muzzle; the muzzle energy is at 978 ft. lbs. of energy. This performance paired with the cheap cost and the reloadability of the brass makes it an obvious choice for shooting out of your M1 Carbine or any other firearm chambered in .30 carbine (revolvers included). The round nose bullet still offers enough ballistically that this load can make sense for hunting small and medium game depending on the conditions. Please check your hunting regulations in your state, as some do not allow ball ammunition in this load for game much bigger than coyotes (like say, larger deer). If your conditions allow for it, this would be acceptable for game as large as a small deer.
This is a great load out to 100 yards for pretty much anything you’d be using your .30 Carbine for. It is boxer primed, brass cartridge casing, and it is reloadable.
