Blazer Ammo has always been a leader in the field of ammunition. They are one of a handful of ammo companies that works with aluminum cases for their ammo and have continued to work with aluminum cases. Currently, Blazer is using a CCI primer product called Clean-Fire. Clean-Fire ammo burns cleaner when its fired, leaves less residue inside the case and firearm, and the air around the firearm is nowhere near as dirty as it normally would be with conventional primer and powder tech. These 38 Special +P rounds are the loaded with 158 grain Total Metal Jacket type bullets. (For most shooters, a total metal jacket can be thought of the same as a full metal jacket. This is “ball ammo’ and is suited best for training use.)

This ammo also features non-reloadable aluminum cases with Clean-Fire Boxer type primers. These rounds have a subsonic muzzle velocity of 850 feet per second, and the muzzle energy pushes up to 253-foot pounds. These come in rectangular boxes of 50 rounds, with 20 boxes per 1000 round case. These +P 38 Special loads are great for your little concealable Snubnose, for indoor range practice, and for plinking. (Just be sure to check your firearm and confirm that +P rounds are ok to use.) Stock up with a case of these rounds now!

Blazer Ammunition is a division of Vista Outdoors. Vista Outdoors is a large company that owns and operates multiple companies in the outdoor sports industry and the shooting industry.
