A very straightforward and simplistic range duty 40 SW ammunition that can be used in a variety of conditions with excellent results. The proven American Eagle line offers consistent training ammunition and superior reliability for those who want to have no drama during long range sessions. This is a specific new offering from the AE line (made by Federal) in that it offers a “Toxic metal Free Primer” which at first sounds bad, but in reality offers a cleaner, more enjoyable shooting experience in indoor scenarios where the lead free mandate exists and where it makes sense to try to cut down some of the lead and other heavy metals in the manufacturing process.
This is a 165 grain full metal jacket projectile with a flat nose and is set into a new brass cartridge casing with a Boxer primer and the reliability we have come to know and love from American Eagle for all the mainstream shooting activities that are perfectly mated to a full metal jacket projectile.
The Boxer primer and brass casing makes it easily reloadable and the size of the bullet as well as the moderate powder charge makes it possible to function any mainstream firearm, proving it’s consistency and performance based makeup.
