This ammo is non-corrosive and features Wolf's proprietary polymer coating to ensure smooth feeding and extracting even when your firearm starts to heat up after going through a number of mags in quick succession. Backed by Wolf's 100% Performance Guarantee, Wolf will refund your money for your unused portion if you're not satisfied with the quality of this ammo.

This ammo is steel cased, non-corrosive, berdan primed, and non-reloadable. The FMJ projectiles have a bi-metal jacket which contains some steel so this ammo will attract a magnet.

A: You should not expect any noticeable difference between the 123 or 124 grain bullet. This slight difference may be caused by the difference in manufacturer of the bullet. This can include the materials as well as the jacket or type of bullet. One example of this would be Wolf's 124 Full Metal Jacket Vs. their 123 Hollow Point round.

A: These bullets feature a lead core. However, Wolf uses a bimetal jacket on the outside which will attract to a magnet. This ammo may not be suitable for some indoor ranges. This ammo works well in the popular 7.62x39 SKS and AK-47 rifles.

A: To be clear, this ammo is not loaded with corrosive primers. There is no way to tell from the outside whether a primer is loaded with a potentially corrosive explosive compound. The corrosive primers cause salt compounds to form in the bore and on other parts of the weapon, which absorb water and promote rust.

A: While ammo will not last forever, it can last for many years if stored properly. Keeping it in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sources of water and heat will help it last longer.

A: Wolf Performance Military Classic ammo has been loaded with the sapsan bullet in the past, however, there is no guarantee that all future production will use this projectile.
