50 Rounds of .22 WMR Ammo by Hornady - 25gr Polymer Tipped NTX

Out of Stock

Ammo Overview

Ammo Quantity - 50 rounds
Ammo Manufacturer - Hornady
Projectiles - 25 grain Non-Toxic Polymer Tip
Ammo Casing - Rimfire-primed brass

This 22 WMR cartridge from Hornady’s Varmint Express line of ammunition sports a 25 grain NTX projectile. Rather than lead, the core of the NTX is composed of a frangible copper alloy which suits it for use wherever toxic ammunition is banned, including California.

The bullet’s core is separated from its hard polymer tip by a small gap. This cavity permits the tip and shaft to build up increased energy upon impact with the target before they drive into the core to deliver devastating expansion and explosive fragmentation. This match grade bullet also delivers stellar accuracy at all ranges, supported fully by its extremely fast 2,200 fps muzzle velocity.

This cartridge further offers a select brass casing which provides reliable feeding and resistance to corrosion. It is complemented by its propellant load which ensures an optimal chamber pressure and primer exactly matched to its caliber.
