A very well balanced Russian made .223 Remington cartridge that offers an incredible value to price ratio. TULA AMMO is an importer of high quality Russian ammunition that is made in several factories in Russia and is generally offered in steel cartridge casings with a Boxer or Berdan Primer. In this case this is a 62 grain full metal jacketed projectile that is housed in a Boxer primed steel case that is not easily reloadable and the price point reflects that. The rounds are packaged in a 500 round case lot which consists of 25 boxes of 20 rounds each in a plastic package.

TULA has a great reputation in the last 5+ years for offering legitimately high quality, high reliability ammunition that is primarily in the steel cartridge casing that was made popular in the American shooting market when military surplus was brought over starting near the end of the cold war from Eastern Blok countries with ties to Russian producers either through direct ties or through imitation of the Russian munitions. It was made very famous (the steel cartridge) with military surplus offerings like the 7.62x39 and the 5.45x39 and the 7.62x54R which were all high quality, very reliable loads utilizing a steel case component.
