Details
Remington’s UMC target 40 S&W ammunition is a reasonably priced, top quality range round that offer a moderate recoil and a simple loadout. This .40 Smith & Wesson load is a 165 grain full metal jacket (Remington calls it a “Metal Case”) projectile on top of a moderate powder charge with a brass casing which is plated in nickel for the feeding and extraction and corrosion resistance benefits.
The Boxer primer allows this premium brass to be reloaded easily and the easy feeding, high accuracy projectile shows well on paper targets with the flat nose profile.
The Remington UMC brand has been offering low priced, high reliability ammunition under the Remington label for over 100 years, and they are not about to stop. The latest push from the UMC line is to improve this casing, which they now load in nickel plated brass almost across the whole line. This is a huge benefit, especially for those who like to shoot range rounds like this load at the range but want the brass for handloads for other uses. It’s a fantastic value added bonus from the Remington company.
This is a 500 round case lot of ammunition. 50 rounds per box; 10 boxes.
