As the high end defense handgun ammunition market continues to evolve to new heights never once thought possible, so too have the expectations that experienced operators have come to place on such ammunition. The Remington 115 grain 9x19 Metal Case is Remington’s top of the line defensive 9mm ammunition, and has been engineered to excel well beyond where other ammunitions began to fail.

The thick electroplated copper jacket that surrounds the swagged leader core of the Remington 115 grain 9mm Luger is integral to the rounds integrity. Both bullet velocity and bullet weight retention are increased due to the copper jacket, and play a vital role in the round’s penetration characteristics.

Nickel plated brass cartridges are superior over traditional brass cartridges in terms of both corrosion resistance and providing a smooth surface of easier extraction and ejection, and also in checking the condition of your firearm in low light, press check scenarios.

The Remington 115gr 9mm Metal Case burns clean, hits hard, and is some of the best high end self defense ammunition that can be purchased anywhere on the market today.

A: Nickel cases are made of brass, but have a nickel plating. Both will function well, but nickel cases offer some additional corrosion resistance and slightly less friction.
