If you want truly high-quality ammunition, there are a few ways in particular to gain an edge over many companies. One is by holding your company to stringent standards of excellence, putting all ammunition through rigorous testing, and, of course, enacting strict quality control measures. But if you really want quality, produce all the components for your ammunition right there on-site – brass, propellants, bullets – each and every part should be produced from raw materials right there at your factory. When you oversee every tiny aspect of manufacturing you have a level of quality control few companies can claim – and Magtech is one of the companies that can.
These Magtech rounds are made for your 9mm. They weigh 147 grain, putting them at the heavy end of the spectrum for the cartridge and giving them enough weight to pack a solid punch on impact. These are Jacketed Hollow Point (JHP) rounds and deliver rapid energy transfer and controlled expansion on impact. Jackets control expansion, allowing for greater penetration, which results on a larger, more devastating wound cavity. Each of these rounds has a muzzle velocity of 990 feet per second and muzzle energy of 320 foot-pounds. This ammunition is made with self-defense in mind.
There are 50 defense rounds in this single box of Magtech ammunition, which is just enough to keep your gun and spare mags loaded and ready for personal protection. Magtech was founded in 1926 and has been manufacturing ammunition at their vertically integrated plant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, ever since. They have a solid reputation for producing quality ammunition at competitive prices. This ammunition is produced in virgin brass cases with boxer primer, so you can collect your spent brass, reload it, and get more range time in. If you carry your 9mm for personal protection, make sure you keep it loaded with reliable defense rounds. Place your order today, and be prepared.

I tested this ammo in a denim/gel test. It performed very well. 9 out of 100 did not expand completely. 50 HP round in 147gr with than performance is a bargain. Checking here often but they never have it again. (Posted on 1/6/15)
