Ammo Overview

Bullet Type – 2-3/4" #7.5 Shot
Quantity - 250 Shells
Manufacturer - Federal Ultra Clay & Field
Origin - Anoka, Minnesota

This 12 gauge ammunition from Federal's Ultra Clay and Field series does just what it says on the box: breaks clays and downs upland birds with ease. Each 2-3/4" shell in this case of 250 (divided into 10 boxes of 25 shells each) fires a 1-1/8 oz. load of #7.5 shot. Expect relatively mild recoil, good patterning, and excellent terminal performance against targets and small game. Avoid using this ammo for self-defense due to its low penetration.

Federal Ultra Clay and Field ammo is loaded at a 175 acre plant in Anoka, Minnesota using cost-effective but good quality components to deliver a solid shooting experience. Federal has operated since the 1920s and produces a wide variety of ammo for sporting, military, and law enforcement purposes.
