Excellent Ammo
Review by Gunner
Ammo Performance
After testing 15 different brands of ammo I found this to be the most reliable, roughly 2% fail to fire with good primer hits. It also runs at 900 rounds/minute using a S&W AR15-22 with a Timny Trigger and a aslidefire stock. Super fast and reliable.

Excellent! (Posted on 6/19/12)

Q: I there any meaning to game loads?

Posted On: 10/20/11 By: Dan

A: This Remington ammo is intended for hunting small game, hence the name "Game Loads."
Q: whats the difference between center fire and rim fire ammo? thanks.

Posted On: 10/19/11 By: jeff

A: Rimfire ammo has the primer (igniter) compound in the rim of the case, which is crushed by the firing pin, causing the primer to ignite the powder and expel the bullet from the case. Centerfire ammo has a primer that is separate from the case, located in the center of the case head, which is hit by the firing pin, causing ignition. Centerfire primers can be removed and replaced, allowing the reuse of centerfire cases, while rimfire cases effectively cannot be reused.
Q: do you guys carry any of the subsonic rounds? i did not see any, perhaps i missed them?

Posted On: 10/19/11 By: David Gaskins

A: The Armscor standard velocity 22LR ammo we carry is subsonic.
Q: What makes this a 'Game Load'? How is it different from a standard .22 LR?

Posted On: 9/28/11 By: Steve

A: This ammo is traveling at a higher velocity and has a hollow point to promote expansion - slight expansion - in small game. Standard 22LR is traveling slower and is a solid/round nose bullet design that does not reliably deform in a target.
