A little dirty.... but a good bargain
Review by JackW -
Ammo fires a little dirty, but it is a good bargain nonetheless. Nice brass (I'll reload it), packed well, no FTFs. I would have given it 5 stars in the "reliable" department, but the 1st round I took out of the 1st box had a section of the mouth of the brass peeled back, I assume it happend when the bullet was pressed into the brass. would buy again. Q: Our local indoor range doesn't allow 45 cal unless the round is unjacketed lead at 830 fpm or less. Do any of the manufacturers suppliy something like this for target practice? Thanks, Dennis

A: That is an interesting restriction. Ammo such as that will be difficult to find in a factory load for 45 ACP. 45 Colt revolver ammo for cowboy action shooting would meet those requirements, but will not fit or function in a 45 ACP handgun. Almost all 45 ammo is jacketed and exits the muzzle at 850fps or more.
