The original CCI Mini-Mag is one of the most iconic and sought after .22 Long Rifle cartridges. The 40 grain Copper-Plated Round Nose bullet is a high-velocity round with a muzzle velocity of 1235 feet per second. Whether you are new to 22 LR, or a life-long fan, CCI Mini-Mag is one of the most reliable .22 LR cartridges at a very reasonable price. It has wide mass appeal, packaged in the recognizable plastic tray of 100 rounds. While this is not match-grade ammo, CCI is extremely proud of the Mini-Mag brand and knows what it means to so many plinkers. They know that Mini-Mag is often the exclusive choice for many shooters for trusty target ammo, so they load it to very precise specifications that other promo rounds would not meet.

My Glock 44 is super finicky. Most ammunition I’ve tried results in an ejection problem every 5th round or so. This ammo solved it completely! 200 rounds so far without a single failure. (Posted on 4/16/2025)

Out of all of the 22 long rifle ammo I have purchased, Mini Mag is the one I'll use going forward. Functioned flawlessly in my Taurus PT22 poly, which had several feeding problems with other ammo. It was also accurate, shot right to point of aim, and based on what I've seen in gel tests, it performs pretty well for a 22 in this barrel length. I'll get some more and try it out in my other 22s. my 1911-22 shoots straight with the 40 grain cci, all others low and left. 40 grain cci is the best 22lr i've ever used. but bulk ammo needs to come up with some better deal on the shipping. (Posted on 9/13/2021)

There's a reason why I only buy CCI mini-mags to shoot in my .22 caliber firearms-it's the best there is. And there's a reason I get them (and other calibers too) from bulkammo.com-they have the best customer service out there. I have an S&W M&P22, this is the only ammo that reliably feeds and functions in this pistol. The gun pukes on CCI Blazer, Federal ammo, Remington, all others that I've tried but not a single problem with Mini Mags. The CCI mini mag .22 LR worked exceptionally well on a .22 semi-automatic Sig 229 that I own. I had many failures to feed and extract with other .22 LR manufacturers ammunition. The CCI mini mag worked flawlessly without a single failure after several hundred rounds.
