Ammo Overview

Ammo Quantity - 1,000 rounds per case; 20 rounds per box
Ammo Manufacturer - Tula
Projectiles Bullets - 62 grain hollow point (HP) nonmagnetic
Ammo Casings - Berdan-primed steel

We’re currently sitting adjacent to several hundred tons of ammunition, but that doesn’t mean we can just help ourselves to it. (We don’t know about where you work, but the boss here at Bulk Ammo hates it when employees steal company inventory.) That’s why we love Tula’s affordable ammo as much as the next guy. The old Russian manufacturer’s steel shell casings do save you a lot of money, and their polymer coatings still provide the smooth feeding and extraction you need to enter the zone while you’re at the range.

Sadly, employees at ranges that ban magnetic bullets will just shake their heads at you when you try to bring in Tula ammo, which traditionally has bullets strengthened with steel. But not any more! This 223 Rem cartridge features a 62 grain brass jacketed HP bullet that’s devoid of steel, so those same range employees will greet you with open arms, give you their very best stall, and maybe even bake fresh cookies for when you’re all done!

This ammo’s steel casings would have made it unsuitable for reloading already, but with its Berdan primers it’s really something you’ll find no use for at your reloading bench. Those same Berdans are non-corrosive, though, so at least your rifle will be in good shape after the fact!

A: Hello Mike! These 1,000 rounds come in individual boxes of 20. If you and your buddy each take 25 boxes you'll be even-steven.
