This cartridge’s bullet weighs a normal 230 grains, but its low muzzle velocity of 757 fps won’t create a very loud report. A suppressor can do its job even better when it has less noise to muffle.
This cartridge also keeps a pistol’s barrel and suppressor a whole lot cleaner. Its total metal jacket projectile (which Ammo Inc. calls a total metal casing) won’t let any part of its lead core burn off during ignition, so it keeps lead residue from accumulating on the rifling and baffles where it would impact performance and take more time to clean off. This ammo also showcases its manufacturer’s own Hyperclean Technology, which helps more propellant burn up completely before it can deposit carbon fouling in the pistol.
American-made stelTH ammo works just fine in non-suppressed firearms as well, and its virgin brass promotes smooth functionality even after it has been reloaded.
