Belom was founded by Borbeni Složeni Sistemi in 2015, and they have already become a cornerstone of the Serbian defense industry. They make military cartridges: 12.7x108mm, 7.62x39mm, and of course the ever popular 9x19mm – aka 9mm, for us Americans who exclusively use the metric system when talking about ammunition.
This is high-quality 9mm. Belom doesn’t take stock in 9mm bullets that can attract a magnet, which is why this round’s 124 grain FMJ exclusively contains a lead-antimony alloy core and a copper-zinc alloy jacket. The bullet’s muzzle velocity is supersonic at 1,230 fps, so expect a sharp cracking report followed by a level and accurate trajectory.
Belom engineers a rugged little 9mm cartridge! This round is waterproof, and its propellant is formulated to deliver steady performance under extremely hot and cold temperatures alike. This new ammo is loaded with reusable brass cases and non-corrosive Boxer primers, and we must admit that its clear plastic packaging looks mighty snappy!
