Venatum ammunition includes the two important features which American shooters so often demand. The first is this round’s nonmagnetic bullet. The 115 grain round nose profile FMJ cooks out of a pistol barrel at a muzzle velocity of 1,214 fps, and its pure lead core and solid copper-alloy jacket are both incapable of influencing a magnet.
The second key feature is non-corrosive Boxer-primed new brass cases. This is modern ammo, and no place that we’re aware of has loaded corrosive primers for decades anyway. Brass cases are softer on a pistol’s extractor than steel-cased alternatives, and they also help to seal propellant residue outside of the action. Order a case and you’ll be range ready for a long time – or a short time, depending on your level of enthusiasm for target practice.
