This 300 Blackout cartridge is loaded with a 220 grain total metal jacket projectile (which Ammo Inc. calls a “total metal case”). So heavy a bullet doesn’t just retain massive momentum so it can achieve a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.405. It also exits the muzzle at subsonic velocity to avoid issuing a cracking noise. You don’t need a suppressor to appreciate this ammo’s stealthy performance, but if you do have a “can” then you definitely want ammo like this to complement it!
This round’s bullet has a jacket which totally envelops its solid lead core.
