Details

It’s the subsonic 300 Blackout home defense ammo you’ve been writing to Santa Claus about! But this way it’s even better, because it won’t magically appear beneath your Christmas tree. It will magically appear on your doorstep instead!

Fiocchi’s Hyperformance SBR Enhanced series ammo is, as you’ve likely already surmised, enhanced for high performance in a short-barreled rifle (SBR). It certainly wouldn’t do anything unkind to a long-barreled rifle, but its special propellant really shines in a 7.5-11.5” barrel. That’s because it’s formulated to burn extra fast, which is why this ammo’s muzzle flash and fouling are both so impressively little. Even its recoil is noticeably less pushy, which’ll help you march bullets into your target more easily.

And that target is not in for a pleasant surprise, because that big honkin’ bullet is a Nosler Ballistic Tip. Though typically employed for hunting, the Ballistic Tip’s excellent accuracy and reliable, controlled expansion would prove no less helpful during a home defense scenario. You could certainly use this ammo for hog hunting if you so choose, of course. Pigs won’t like the Ballistic Tip, either!
