These are 2-1/2” shells: perfect for any 2-1/2” chamber, whether it belongs to a shotgun or revolver. Each round is charged up with a 1/2 ounce payload. That’s light in the grand scheme of things, but #8 shot pellets are small, so you’ll still dump over 200 pieces of rigid, round, narrow-patterning lead at your target every time you put the finger to the trig.

And you won’t create very much fouling in the process. In addition to clean ignition, Rio’s own primers and powder tend to reliable ignition – the very sort that produces tight muzzle velocities, and predictable downrange performance. No 410 Bore recoil would knock your boots off, but this ammo kicks nicely soft all the same!
