This is Estate’s Super Sport Competition Target series ammunition: loaded with extra hard lead shot that remains almost perfectly spherical while it’s accelerated to a velocity of 1,145 fps. That’s supersonic, but still relatively low in the grand scheme of target loads – the reason why you won’t have to deal with very much recoil while you’re getting your smash on. A full 1-1/8 ounces of #7.5 lead shot equates to 394 pellets. If even a fraction of them hit your target, then your target is toast.
Estate is owned by the same company as Federal Premium, and their factory is just down the road from Minnesota’s preeminent ammo maker. Estate’s shells are also high quality, complete with clean-burning powder, dependable primers, and reloadable low-brass hulls.
