This 20 Gauge shotshell’s versatility is primarily the work of two factors: its #7.5 lead shot, which is a size favored more or less equally for upland hunting, trap, and sporting clays; and its 1,250 fps muzzle velocity, which supplies a good balance of recoil, range, and downrange stopping power (or “cracking power,” in the case of clay.

Rio was founded in Spain in 1896.
