This cartridge is loaded with a 55 grain full metal jacket bullet (two fives; coincidence?). It’s the least extraordinary bullet you could lob out of an AR-15’s barrel – the bare minimum requisite for reliable operation in a semi-automatic rifle, truly. But simple is good when you’re only trying to have a grand old time punching the target board! And because “simple” in this case doesn’t include any steel components, you can confidently tote this ammo into nonmagnetic-only gun ranges.
American Quality Ammunition is known to offer remanufactured/reloaded ammunition. This isn’t that ammunition. It’s new through and through, right down to its freshly (and visibly) heat-treated brass cases.
