This right here is critter-huntin’ ammo. If you’ve got a 410 Bore shotgun, an S&W Governor, a Taurus Judge – or a plan to get yourself one of those firearms – then you’re going to get your full mileage out of Winchester Super-X. These 2-1/2” pepperoni sticks are great upland hunters!
This 2-1/2” shell is loaded with a half ounce of #4 shot, and will deliver it at a muzzle velocity of 1,245 fps (when fired in a shotgun, not a revolver). Winchester’s #4 shot is made of hard lead and cradled by a full-length shot cup. Both of those features are intended to promote tighter patterning, so you can deliver more 0.13” pellets to where they can do the most good.
Winchester’s Super-X series shotshells are designed to deliver consistent velocities, create reasonable barrel fouling, and feed and extract efficiently in all makes and models. If you’re a 410 country boy who likes his huntin’, then you’ll think this ammo is really sumptin’.
