It’s a big old box of 22 LR ammo, the best thing to have on hand when your property has a few too many gnawing beasts for your liking! Federal’s Range & Field line of ammunition features two different types of rimfire ammo with interchangeable ballistic performance: the Range round for training, and the Field round for hunting varmints. These are Field rounds, deadly little numbers if you happen to be a squirrel or a crow.

This cartridge features a 38 grain copper plated hollow point projectile. It’s an expanding bullet with terminal performance that has the extra little bit of oomph you need to make certain bird feeder ransackers stay down for good. The bullet will keep your rifle’s or pistol’s bore cleaner over the course of your hunt, as it wears a copper jacket that works to prevent lead fouling. This round’s brass casing and sensitive primer will function correctly in any platform firearm, making it a versatile choice for all your varmint termination needs!
