This is true 22 LR competition ammo, manufactured by a respected British company which specializes in manufacturing 22 LR competition ammo. Eley gave the round’s 40 grain lead bullet a special (patented, no less) flat nose profile designed to amplify in-flight stability. That plus its precision cut case, proven ELEYprime primer technology, and highly standardized charge of premium propellant all contribute to the round’s extreme accuracy.
We estimate this cartridge to have a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.143 (converted from drag model RA4). Assuming your rifle produces the same 1,085 fps muzzle velocity as Eley’s test barrel, you can anticipate this kind of ballistic performance:
