Details

You own a 7.62x51 rifle because you are smart – but only a genius possesses the foresight to buy a whole case of 7.62x51 ammunition. Rangemaster is Prvi Partizan’s top of the line range ammo, loaded to military specs and ready for action however you prefer plastering targets.

This round’s 145 grain bullet is a full metal jacket boat tail. That’s a pure lead core nestled in a copper alloy jacket, with an aerodynamic profile and no features which enable terminal expansion. The bullet’s boat tail helps it retain more momentum, which in turn promotes a faster velocity, flatter trajectory and greater resistance to wind drift. Prvi Partizan recorded this round’s 0.406 G1 BC out of a 24” test barrel.

Prvi Partizan is one of Europe’s oldest ammo manufacturers, and they’re a darn good one at that. Shooters love their smooth-cycling and reloadable brass cases, non-corrosive primers, and propellant that doesn’t aggressively foul up the action and bore. Keep a few boxes from this case in reserve for a bad day if you’re able – 7.62x51 ball ammo doesn’t need expanding bullets to manage threats effectively.
