Details

This 16 Gauge shotshell by Federal is loaded with one ounce of #7.5 lead shot. You will find #7.5 shot everywhere due to its wide range of applications. It excels at skeet, trap, and clay shooting, as the spacing of #7.5 pellets lets them offer a spread and range that’s ideal for busting fast flying and faraway clays. It’s also perfect to use while hunting for small birds, as it packs enough punch to reliably knock woodcock, grouse, and quail out of the sky while still keeping the trophy remarkably intact.

What you will not find everywhere, however, is the 16 Gauge shell itself. Although the gauge was second only to the 12 back in the 1950s in terms of its popularity, it has fallen curiously out of favor in recent decades. No bother -- with 250 of these quality shells by Federal at your disposal, you’ll be able to hoist that trusty 16 Gauge for a long time to come.
