Federal Premium’s Shotgun ammunition product group has been taking game birds since the early 1900's and has been setting the bar for quality ammo and components since then. The Game Load Shot-shell line-up is also a favorite pick among hunters for their reliable ignition and product innovation.

These 2 ¾” inch 20-gauge shells are loaded with 7/8 of an ounce of #6 lead shot pellets, a one-piece wad with specialized construction designed for tight patterns, and Federals own smokeless powder. These components are all within a high brass, star-crimped, yellow plastic hull with the famous, consistently performing Federal shot-shell primer. These 20-gauge shells reportedly produce an impressive 1210 feet per second muzzle velocity.

These Federal Premium Ammo Shotshells are ready to go out bird hunting with 250 shells at the ready. You’ll get ten, 25-round boxes. Keep in mind that high brass shells are always used when loading more powerful shotshells, and you must be aware of this when choosing your ammo. These loads are perfect for a trip to the trap or skeet range, or your next hunt in the bush.

The 20-gauge shotgun shell is an ideal load for hunting upland birds and other flying game. You can also hunt smaller game like squirrels and rabbits, depending on the shot pellet size you intend to use. Remember to always check your firearm to be sure its unloaded before putting it away after a long day at the range and be sure you continue to practice SAFETY FIRST at all times.
