A: This cartridge is brass cased, so it's just like any other ammo you would find at any range. Its bullet is made entirely of lead and contains no steel, another thing that ranges like to see. You ought to be able to fire this ammo at any range you please!

A: Hello Hivey! This cartridge has a lead round nose bullet, which means it is made entirely out of lead. All 22 LR cartridges have lead bullets, as a matter of fact, but some are plated with copper to keep the bore cleaner over the course of a shooting session. We do have one selection in stock for 22 LR copper plated hollow point ammo: bulkammo.com/5000-rounds-of-22-lr-ammo-by-winchester-36gr-cphp. This ammo is suitable for both varmint hunting and target practice. We hope that helps!
