This is the same .223 ammo you know and love from Federal, but this configuration comes packaged in a ammo can which makes it perfect for long-term storage! Each ammo can is filled with 10 boxes with 100 rounds in each box.

This ammo is non-corrosive, brass cased, boxer-primed, and reloadable. Each round features a 55 grain FMJ projectile that makes this a perfect round for range training!

Federal has been manufacturing ammunition since 1922 in Anoka Minnesota. Grab a few of these ammo cans today and build up that stockpile!

A: Hello Justin, Yes, these 55gr. FMJ rounds by Federal in .223 are safe to shoot at an indoor range. They have a lead core, copper jacket, and a brass case. They are non-magnetic and can be fired on ranges that do not allow magnetic rounds.
