Ammo Overview

Ammo Quantity - 50 rounds per box
Ammo Manufacturer - Fiocchi Perfecta
Projectiles - 55 grain full metal jacket
Ammo Casing - Brass

These .223 Remington rounds from Fiocchi's Perfecta line are built with accommodations that are usually reserved for 5.56mm NATO ammunition; this includes non-corrosive Boxer primers that are crimped in place at the bases of reloadable brass casings. The cases are heat-treated at the neck and shoulder which prevents splitting and cracking for dependable function and a long life cycle. Each cartridge is topped off with a 55-grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile.

The FMJ's tapered shape feeds reliably in AR-15s and other .223 platforms while its light weight ensures stability with nearly any barrel length and twist rate. The bullet's copper jacket cuts down on lead fouling while a toothed cannelure prevents it from rocking out of its crimp under recoil; this helps to enhance accuracy from shot to shot for tighter groups at long range!
