Manufacturer - Golden Tiger

Casings - Berdan primed steel

As perhaps one of the most widely used rounds throughout military and law enforcement circles over the last two decades, 223 ammunition is a round the commands both vilagence and respect. With the introduction of the Golden Tiger 56gr Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail round, now has come the time to redefine and redraw the limits of what steel cased ammunition is truly capable of.

The Golden Tiger 56gr FMJBT utilizes a steel cased cartridge in lieu of the soft brass cartridges that most shooters are familiar with today. Although steel cased ammunition is traditionally non reloadable, when properly treated, steel cased ammunition is more durable, can sustain higher chamber pressures, and is vastly more affordable than traditional brass cased ammunition.

Perfect for varmint and well as medium game hunting, the Golden Tiger 56gr FMJBT can also be used in certain sub MOA rifle applications due to the inherent accuracy of the round. The hollow point boat tail design of the 56gr round is exceptionally stable in flight, and is able to traverse cross wind and ground effect forces greater than traditional .223 caliber rounds.

Hunters and recreational shooters looking for an economic solution to their shooting needs will enjoy both the versatility and performance of the Golden Tiger 56gr FMJBT.
