Remington has been producing ammunition since 1871, and continues to produce their products here in the United States. Offering anything from range ammo to ammunition for self defense and everything in between. You can't go wrong with choosing this Remington UMC line of ammunition for your training needs.

300 AAC Blackout is a relatively new standardized cartridge, but has roots in the 300 Whisper and others. The brilliance and design behind this cartridge is the ability to use the .223 Rem casing allowing it to be compatible almost all current .223/5.56 magazines. 300 Blackout typically ranges anywhere 110 grains all the way to 220 grains. With this wide range of weights, you can go from shooting a super sonic projectile like this 120 grain OTM by Remington and in just a change of a magazine you can be shooting a 220 grain subsonic projectile. 300 Blackout can be a very quiet round while using a suppressor and a subsonic round, and also stretch out to a reasonable range and deliver devastating terminal ballistics similar to 7.62x39mm.

This 120 grain OTM (Open Tip Match) loading by Remington is a great example of a load in 300 blackout that is designed to reach out and be precise while delivering a severe shot to the intended target. This load is traveling at about 2020 feet per second and is housed in a brass re-loadable casing.

Pick up some of these along with some subsonic 300 Blackout and see the great range and versatility this caliber was designed for!
