Federal's 300 Win Mag Power-Shok ammo is loaded with Speer's legendary Hot-Cor® bullets. Vernon Speer designed the Hot-Cor® bullet nearly 40 years ago which is ideal for larger game capable of expanding on impact nearly 200% combined with deep penetration. This bullet is formed by pouring a molten lead core into the jacket which yields an uncanny bullet integrity!

This cartridge is loaded at the Anoka, Minnesota Federal cartridge plant. This ammunition is brand new, brass-cased, boxer-primed, non-corrosive, and reloadable.

A: Unfortunately 300 Blackout will not be able to be fired in place of the 300 Winchester Magnum round. The 300 Win Mag cartridge is one of a few rounds based on the 308 caliber bullet. Due to chamber size and specifications, only 300 Win mag ammo will safely fire in a 300 Win Mag rifle.
