Ammo Overview

Quantity - 20 rounds per box
Manufacturer - Federal Fusion
Bullets - 158 grain Fusion
Casings - Boxer-primed brass

For a truly dedicated 357 magnum hunting load, this Fusion line by Federal offers some of the best innovation in a long time. The way it is constructed on a projectile level shows that Federal is dedicated to innovating where possible to save hunters money and ensure the best performance without sacrificing the necessary components for overall shooting satisfaction.

This heavy .357 Magnum load offers a 158 grain projectile that features a new style of production in the bullet industry which takes a lead core and electrostatically bonds the copper onto the core projectile to ensure that jacket separation and ultimately, grain weight retention issues are a thing of the past. The “Fused” jacket means it doesn’t peel away to expose the core, leaving penetration and stopping power on the table. When your bullet hits your intended game, you get the maximum penetration, weight retention and deformation, thanks to this new production process. Ultimately this is a cheaper method of production too, with a single stage for jacketing instead of multiple press passes on heavy machinery.

Combine the great bullet design with the solid production protocols of the Federal factories and the little creature comforts like lacquer sealant and premium Brass with Boxer primers, and you have a top end hunting handgun round.
