20 Rounds of .40 S&W Ammo by Corbon Thunder Ranch - 140gr DPX

Out of Stock

Ammo Overview

Quantity - 20 rounds per box
Manufacturer - Corbon Thunder Ranch
Bullet - 140 grain solid copper hollow point (SCHP)
Casing - Boxer-primed brass

This .40 S&W ammunition from Corbon was developed in partnership with the renowned Thunder Ranch firearms training facility in Lakeview, Oregon. Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a light 140 grain DPX solid copper hollow point at a high muzzle velocity of 1,200 feet per second. This combination of a light projectile and a high velocity helps produce more reliable expansion without drastically increasing recoil.

The DPX Bullet is distinguished by its wide expansion cavity and lead-free design. It is designed to expand into six broad petals with diameter over two times the size of the un-expanded projectile. This means better stopping power against a potential assailant!

Corbon is a well known leader in the market for high velocity self-defense and hunting cartridges. Their ammunition is loaded in Sturgis, South Dakota using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.
