Details

Bargain range ammunition for your .40 S&W that has a very good reputation for reliability, functionality and accuracy, and is priced cheap for the caliber. The clear advantage that Federal American Eagle ammunition has in the range load arena is that its factory new with the low price point and it is built to a standard that many competitors simply cannot reach for the dollar value.

A 155 grain projectile is a good bullet for functionality across the board in many firearms. The semi flat nose design offers very reliable feeding in such a wide range of brands and types of .40S&W guns and the relatively clean burning powder means you aren’t inundated with smoke every time you fire a shot at the range.

A reloadable build made with a virgin brass casing and a Boxer primer that makes reloading a breeze, this round has value added benefits for the price that, again, competitors just cannot, or will not match. The reputation for reliability on ignition, feeding and extraction is excellent for all Federal ammunition, but for such a bargain price, American Eagle loads have been exceptionally good at delivering the type of range performance needed to make it a top choice for bulk shooters.
