Federal Premium Law Enforcement is one of the best-known brands in the ammo, often the first choice for so many law enforcement agents and officers that protect us. These Hydra-Shok rounds are a perfect fit to the 40 S&W platform giving it some of the best modern technologies and features on the market. Not only does it look cool with its shiny nickel coating, but it also helps keep out unwanted corrosion and ensure a superior performance when you need it to.

Topped with a Hyda-Shok JHP (jacketed hollow point) projectile weighing in at 165 grains. While this is on the somewhat lighter side for the caliber, it allows for reduced recoil that does not compromise terminal effectiveness.

Federal Premium is the flagship manufacturer in the Vista Outdoor Group's shooting sport portfolio. Made in the USA in beautiful (and sometimes cold) Anoka, MN, Federal has been making some of the best rounds since Charles Horn began operations in 1922.

All in all, this the best of the best. Get a couple boxes it while it’s in stock!
