Ammo Overview

Quantity - 100 rounds per box
Manufacturer - Federal (American Eagle brand)
Bullet - 180 grain full metal jacket (FMJ)
Casing - Boxer-primed brass

Quite simply, this is a quality 40 S&W range round at a spectacular price point. The American Eagle Value pack of .40 Smith & Wesson is a great choice for a day at the range. 100 rounds with a value price, and a history of being reliable, easy to feed and relatively clean compared to most budget friendly import rounds. The 180 grain projectile in this round offers a good mix of slow rolling recoil and heavy hitting projectile for use on reactionary targets or paper alike.

While it isn’t the cleanest burning powder, it isn’t annoyingly dirty, and the pricing of this ammunition makes for a lot of leeway for this stuff to underperform. Except it doesn’t underperform. In fact, it often outperforms every other basic range round out there and offers a price break. Federal American Eagle has been producing this ammunition for a very long time and it rivals all the best value priced ammunition available including the best imports, the Winchester White Box and other domestic stalwarts.

Suitable for use in any .40S&W firearm, this is a known consistent performer on feeding, reliability and ability to function a wide range of actions, cycling mechanisms and spring sets.

In this bulk 40 S&W ammo case, you’ll get one box with 100 rounds inside ready to fire.
