John Moses Browning is an American engineer/designer who is well known for his light and heavy firearms designs, and the calibers he designed for them. One of his most popular rounds to date, and his #1 pistol cartridge, is the 45 ACP or Automatic Colt Pistol round. The 45ACP is well regarded as a top of the line defensive and combat handgun cartridge.

Since 1905, many firearms have been built with this famous handgun cartridge. There are multiple variations of the .45 ACP on the market now, including the 45 Auto Rim, plenty of different +P variants, the 45 GAP, and the 45 Super. The .45 ACP has also seen numerous bullet types and multiple bullet weights. These Colt 185 grain SCHP or Solid Copper Hollow Point bullets have 100% copper construction and are built to expand on impact. The bullets are loaded into new, reloadable, heavy-walled, high polished, non-corrosive Boxer primed, yellow brass cases. These rounds move at a subsonic muzzle velocity of 1050-feet per second, and they have a muzzle energy of 411-foot pounds. This stellar Colt 45 ACP ammo comes in 20 round boxes. Colt 45ACP 185 grain ammo is the perfect choice to stock up on. Stack up multiple boxes today.
